About the Role We're hiring a Real Estate Attorney to join one of the busiest, most rewarding parts of our practice, where we guide clients and property owners through some of the most consequential transactions of their lives. This is a hybrid remote/in-person position with flexible scheduling (3 days in-office, negotiable depending on schedule). We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates and are genuinely open to creative arrangements for the right person. What You'll Do Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, and landlords in residential and commercial real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refinances, leases) Handle bank closings, including SBA 504 loan representation Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our attorneys and paralegals on matters where collaboration gets the best result Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and our West Hartford community Who We're Looking For We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of real estate experience, with a primary focus on residential and/or commercial transactions. Experience in estate planning is a plus and something we're happy to support you in developing further. Also valuable (but not required): Commercial real estate experience Bank/lender closing representation Business law experience Estate planning interest or background Even more important than the resume: A genuine commitment to client service, the kind that returns the call, digs into the situation, and asks "why" before "how" Strong written and verbal communication skills Sees AI as a way for a small firm to punch above its weight without losing the personal service that defines us Someone who thrives in a small, collaborative, people-first firm and would rather be a name than a number What We Offer Competitive compensation: $125,000 to $175,000 commensurate with experience, open to discussion Benefits package Flexible time off and vacation Origination credit: meaningful compensation for new business you bring in A clear path to grow with the firm, including partnership discussion for the right candidate Real flexibility: hybrid, part-time, and creative arrangements available for the right person How to Apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter to with the subject line "Real Estate Attorney Application."
