Stanton | Barton LLC — Defense Litigation & Trial Stanton | Barton LLC is a diverse, progressive, and technologically forward boutique defense litigation and trial firm serving a regional and national client base. Our collaborative culture empowers attorneys to develop their litigation skills, build meaningful client relationships, and grow a sustainable practice. We are currently seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join our team. The Role The Senior Litigation Associate will handle a dynamic caseload with a focus on product liability and transportation-related defense litigation. This position offers substantial responsibility and courtroom exposure, including: Taking and defending depositions Drafting and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts Managing case strategy and day-to-day litigation activity Collaborating directly with partners and clients on complex matters We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, exemplary attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to providing unparalleled client service.
