Job Description:

Mid-Level Litigation Associate - Healthcare Defense (Hybrid) Our client, a well-established firm with a national presence, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This role focuses on healthcare-related litigation, including the defense of institutional clients and affiliated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing matters through all phases of litigation Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions Handling written discovery and depositions Preparing witnesses and participating in hearings, mediations, and trials Communicating directly with clients

Qualifications:

5-10 years of litigation experience Experience representing a diverse range of healthcare providers and related organizations Strong legal writing skills and solid academic credentials Pennsylvania bar admission required How to
