Key Responsibilities:

Business partnership and Legal risk optimization leadership for the agreed upon subsidiaries, functions, and areas of the law. This person will also work with the Associate General Counsels in partnering with the business in other areas. Supervise and lead outside counsel and array of subject matter experts to optimize Pella's risk profile to achieve Pella's goals.

Qualifications:

5-10 years' experience in a law firm and/or as in-house counsel. Proven history of partnering with business leadership to maximize business results and optimize risk profile. Ability to solve problems in an uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment. Ability to move with speed and agility with a high sense of urgency & willingness to act.
