Senior Employment Litigation Attorney πŸ”’ Confidential Opportunity GPAC is partnered with a respected litigation firm seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. Active California Bar licensure is required for this position. This opportunity is ideal for a senior-level attorney looking for sophisticated litigation work, substantial autonomy, and long-term growth within a collaborative environment. The firm handles a wide range of employment litigation matters, including complex wage & hour disputes, and is seeking someone capable of independently managing cases while contributing strategically to ongoing matters. Responsibilities Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution Handle wage & hour and other complex employment-related disputes Take and defend depositions Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Advise clients regarding litigation strategy and case developments Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff on active matters Qualifications 8+ years of employment litigation experience Active California Bar license required and in good standing Strong wage & hour litigation experience preferred Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships Strong writing, deposition, and case strategy skills Defense-side experience preferred, though qualified plaintiff-side attorneys are encouraged to apply Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Remote flexibility available for qualified candidates Sophisticated and high-impact litigation work Collaborative and professional team environment Long-term growth potential If you are interested in learning more about this confidential opportunity, please apply directly or contact: πŸ“© zach.zink@gogpac.com πŸ“ž 605-501-4825 (call/text)
