Ohio / Hybrid, Salary and bonuses DOEPosition OverviewA rapidly growing, high-end trial firm is seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Senior Litigation Attorney to manage and advance high-stakes, catastrophic injury cases. This role requires an attorney with a proven track record in both plaintiff and defense litigation who can independently handle high-end discovery, take critical depositions, and drive cases toward trial.We leverage cutting-edge technology, including proprietary, custom-built AI software, to streamline litigation and maximize case value. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the trial presence necessary to support a growing caseload.
Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-End Discovery & Motion Practice:
Formulate complex discovery strategies and draft sophisticated briefs, motions in limine, and Daubert motions.Depositions:
Lead high-stakes depositions of medical experts, corporate representatives, and key witnesses.Trial Strategy & Execution:
Prepare catastrophic injury cases for trial; serve as lead or co-counsel in state and federal courts.Tech Integration:
Actively utilize the firm's advanced digital tools and custom AI litigation utilities to enhance case efficiency and preparation.QualificationsLicensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
Extensive experience in high-value personal injury litigation (both plaintiff and defense backgrounds preferred).First- or second-chair trial experience in high-end civil litigation.
Strong tech fluency and enthusiasm for leveraging AI and digital organization software.
Ambitious, resilient, and collaborative mindset.
