Responsibilities Handle litigation matters from pre-suit through trial. Develop case strategy and lead matters toward successful resolution. Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial. Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently. Advocate fearlessly on behalf of clients against large corporations and insurance companies. Qualifications Active membership in the Florida Bar. Significant trial experience. Strong litigation, courtroom, and advocacy skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work well on a team and respond constructively to feedback. A competitive, client-focused mindset. Preferred Experience in plaintiff injury or disability litigation. Moot Court or Mock Trial experience. A demonstrated record of strong results.
