Role Highlights Supervise and mentor attorneys across multiple practice areas. Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of legal work. Manage caseload distribution and attorney performance. Provide startegic legal guidance on complex cases. Collaborate with leadership to improve legal operations and processes. Step in as needed on high-priority or escalated matters. We're Seeking High accountability and ownership mindset. Strong decision-makers who remain composed under pressure. Proven experience leading teams through high-change in fast-moving environments. Resiliency paired with the ability to maintain focus in a high-demand environment. Pay:

$300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
