Go Time Tax Group is expanding and seeking motivated entrepreneurs who are ready to build and grow their own tax business with the support of an experienced organization. As a Tax Office Owner, you'll have the opportunity to operate your own office while receiving professional training, software, and ongoing business support. Responsibilities Own and operate your tax office Recruit, train, and manage your own team of Tax Professionals Ensure quality customer service and IRS compliance Grow your client base and oversee daily tax office operations Qualifications Must have an EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number), or be willing to obtain one. If you do not currently have an EFIN, we can assist you through the application process. Must be current with all required personal tax filings. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to build and manage a team.
