Description Kanoski Bresney, P.C. is a 48-year-old, state-wide recognized personal injury litigation/trial firm that is expanding and seeking associate attorneys with 3-5 years of litigation and trial experience to join its ranks. Attorneys will manage their own docket, which consists of all manners of employment injuries. The candidates will work under the supervision of a partner and be expected to manage all aspects of litigation, including investigation, client contact, motion practice, discovery, trial and pre/post-trial work, and management of a dedicated paralegal. Proven hearing/trial industrial commission experience, a desire to continue to learn and improve their skills, an absolute ability to work as a team member and a motivated self-starting leader who can research and communicate well, are desired. Involvement in the firm's altruism and ongoing philanthropy to its communities for social justice is also expected.
Pay:
Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 with base and bonus structures available.
