Compensation & Highlights:
Salary:
$65,000-$135,000 annually, based on experience Permanent Position. Responsibilities of the
Associate Attorney:
Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases through all phases of the legal process. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy. Communicate directly with clients and provide ongoing case updates. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes. Qualifications of the
Associate Attorney:
3-5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience preferred. Active Rhode Island Bar admission required; Massachusetts Bar admission a plus. Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Team-oriented professional committed to client service.
