We are seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to guide clients through comprehensive estate planning, asset protection, wealth transfer, and probate matters. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge combined with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and handle sensitive family and end-of-life planning matters with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities Counsel clients on estate planning, asset protection, wealth transfer, and tax minimization strategies. Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, healthcare proxies, and powers of attorney. Guide executors and trustees through probate and trust administration following a client's death. Assist with trust funding, beneficiary designations, and real property deed transfers. Conduct detailed initial consultations to understand clients' financial portfolios, family dynamics, and long-term objectives. Develop customized estate planning strategies for clients with varying levels of wealth and complexity. Advise business owners on business succession and estate planning matters when applicable. Manage sensitive client matters with emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active state bar license in good standing. 3+ years of dedicated estate planning and probate experience. Strong ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Exceptional active listening and client communication skills. High level of precision when drafting legal instruments and reviewing financial and estate documents. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive family and end-of-life matters. Experience with high-net-worth estate planning and asset protection preferred. Knowledge of corporate law or business succession planning is a plus.
