We are a respected, full-service law firm in Sioux Falls seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join our growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys building lasting client relationships while helping individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries navigate estate planning, wealth preservation, trust administration, and probate matters. What You'll Do Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents Counsel clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer and business succession planning Handle probate and trust administration matters Work closely with families, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in South Dakota or eligible for admission 3+ years of experience in trust and estate planning, probate, or closely related practice areas (all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply) Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills Strong client service mindset Ability to work collaboratively while managing matters independently Why Join Us?
