Position Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a law student in their junior or senior year to gain hands-on experience in a global logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Conduct legal research on regulatory and compliance matters Support the team in preparing documentation for ongoing legal cases Help with internal investigations and risk assessments Participate in meetings with internal departments and external partners Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program and in your junior or senior year Strong academic record and legal research skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Interest in corporate, logistics, or international law is a plus
