06/17/2026 If you have experience in estate planning, you may be an excellent addition to our growing law firm. We are looking for a highly analytical candidate with good negotiation and organizing skills who can work full-time. As our estate planning attorney, you will draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for our clients and their families. To ensure that an estate's management is handled in accordance with the wishes of the estate owner, this position requires a significant level of responsibility. Compensation:
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients
Qualifications:
Understanding of a variety of real estate matters, including title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation Great communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations Active membership with the ABA (American Bar Association) Bachelor's degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are required Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years About Company We are a law firm that focuses on estate planning and elder law.
