About the role:
Reviewing and preparing summaries of medical records to effectively advocate for clients. Drafting motions and attending hearings to represent clients in court. Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions as needed. Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity. Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions. Regularly attending court appearances to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. $100,000.00 To $180,000.00 Annually. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Admitted to practice in Tennessee. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively. Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills. Draft and respond to discovery-related motions. Regularly attend court appearances. Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
