Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Dallas, TX gpac is working closely with a prestigious and rapidly growing firm who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney. Someone who is ready to take charge, litigate aggressively, and secure top-dollar results for their clients.         What We're Looking For:
          Proven Trial Experience:
          Significant experience as lead counsel in personal injury trials, with a proven record of securing favorable outcomes.
            Litigation Mindset:
            A fearless advocate who thrives in the courtroom and isn't afraid to take on complex, high-stakes cases.
              Strong Work Ethic:
              Passion for representing injured clients and the ability to handle cases from intake through trial.
                Collaboration Skills:
                Ability to work seamlessly with a team while maintaining the drive to lead.

                Texas Responsibilities Include:
                • Handling a caseload of high-value personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
                • Preparing and executing trial strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
                • Managing discovery, motions, depositions, and all aspects of litigation.
                • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cases are trial-ready and clients receive exceptional service.
