Senior Attorney - Supply Chain & Procurement Are you looking for a rewarding career with family-friendly hours and top-notch benefits? We're looking for qualified candidates like you to join our Texas Health family. • Work location: Texas Health Resources • Core Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00a-5:00p; Hybrid typical schedule is 2 days in office per week. Summary Serves as a strategic legal business partner to Texas Health Resources ("THR") hospitals, Texas Health Physicians Group ("THPG"), and/or THR System Services departments, with primary responsibility for commercial transactions supporting procurement and supply chain initiatives (as assigned). Drafts, reviews, and negotiates a broad range of vendor/supplier and services agreements; provides practical, timely risk guidance to operational leaders; and identifies legal and regulatory risks and trends impacting contracting and supplier relationships. Works with minimal supervision and participates in committees and meetings supporting assigned client groups. Job Duties Provide legal support to THR hospitals, THPG, and/or System Services departments for assigned matters Draft, review, negotiate and advise on procurement/supply chain-related commercial agreements, including supplier/vendor agreements, master agreements, statements of work, amendments, and related documentation Serve as primary point of contact for designated internal clients; provide clear, timely and actionable legal advice aligned with business objectives and risk tolerance Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard templates and terms; support continuous improvement of contracting processes, tools, and playbooks Provide training and education for business stakeholders on legal/compliance topics Participate as a member and/or attend various committees and/or meetings.
