Litigation Attorney About the Opportunity A well-established Texas law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing practice. The Litigation Attorney will handle a diverse range of commercial and civil disputes, including contract, business, and real property matters. This opportunity is ideal for a Litigation Attorney who enjoys courtroom work, client interaction, and being part of a collaborative, fast-moving team. Responsibilities As a Litigation Attorney, you will:

• Manage active litigation files from initial pleadings through resolution or trial
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
• Communicate with clients to develop strategy and provide timely updates
• Conduct discovery, coordinate with experts, and prepare cases for hearing or trial
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to deliver efficient, results-driven representation Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing with the Texas Bar
• 2-6 years of civil or commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits
