Our well established and expanding Central Texas law firm seeks a motivated General Practice Attorney with 5 to 15 years of experience looking to build a long-term career in a thriving, family-oriented community. This position is ideal for an attorney currently practicing in a larger metropolitan area who's ready for a better quality of life, shorter commutes, meaningful client relationships, and an opportunity to be an integral part of a respected team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Founded in 1999, our boutique law firm is deeply rooted in the community and widely respected by clients and other firms alike, for delivering trusted legal counsel with a proven track record for success. The ideal candidate will handle a broad range of matters and needs to be comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with other attorneys. Practice areas of our firm include civil litigation, business law, real estate, probate, estate planning, family law, criminal law, and other general practice matters. The candidate will be able to practice in an area they have experience with as well as learn other sections of the law that interest them collaborating with a highly experienced team. Qualifications include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, active license to practice law in Texas and good standing with the State Bar of Texas, and 5 or more years of legal experience. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, courtroom skills and self-motivation are required.
