This leadership role ensures that organizational goals are met through effective team management, process improvement, and execution of strategic priorities. The Manager plays a critical role in driving performance, fostering team development, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. A strong candidate demonstrates both operational expertise and interpersonal leadership—balancing productivity with a culture of collaboration and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure high performance and professional growth. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback. Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture aligned with organizational values. Manage staffing needs, including recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling. Operations & Project Management Oversee daily workflows and ensure timely completion of tasks, deliverables, or client services. Monitor key metrics and proactively resolve operational challenges. Develop, implement, and improve policies, procedures, and workflows. Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage competing priorities efficiently. Client & Stakeholder Relations Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners as needed. Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Support strategic initiatives that enhance client experience and satisfaction. Ensure all team activities align with contractual or service-level expectations. Reporting & Compliance Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), budget adherence, and project status updates. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards (as applicable). Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to team performance and business operations. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury plaintiff law firm 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve measurable outcomes. Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business or project management tools. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience in legal services, healthcare, consulting, and customer service. Familiarity with workflow software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Salesforce, Clio, etc.). Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) is a plus.
