Job Description
Title - Immigration Attorney Location - Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Our firm is seeking to add an Immigration Attorney who is experienced in matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) . Responsibilities Conduct consultations regarding family-based petitions before USCIS. Review immigration petitions to be submitted to USCIS. Represent clients before USCIS in matters regarding adjustment of status and naturalization. Communicate with clients, other attorneys, and government agencies. Independently manage assigned caseload. Salary will be dependent on experience. Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution; Be an active member and in good standing of any state bar, or recent graduate awaiting bar exam results; Have strong legal research and writing skills; Have a strong work ethic; and Be a team player.
