Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Immigration Law. You must be newly barred in any of the 50 States. No experience is required. We will help you learn expertise in Immigration law. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in court.Duties:
- Conduct legal research on various legal issues related to .
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Assist senior attorneys in preparing cases for trial.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys involved in the case.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice areas.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to any state bar association.
- Experience working in a law office setting.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research.
- Ability to litigate cases effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
