Established (70 Years) Full Service Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney in McAllen, TXEstablished full service law firm based in McAllen, Texas is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. They have been in business for over 70 years and they're searching for an Associate who has 2-7+ years of experience in personal injury or commercial litigation defense.
Offer:
90k-190k contingent on experienceComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k)
Qualifications:
2-7+ years of experience in personal injury or commercial litigationExperience with defense litigationTX Bar in good standing
Juris DoctorateResponsibilities:
Managing a caseload of personal injury or commercial litigation defense mattersConducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motionsAttending court hearings and depositions as neededAdvising clients on legal options and strategiesCollaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases and trialsMaintaining case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date
