Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in McKinney, TX.
The Associate Attorney will:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and drafting documents Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings Review and organize case files and evidence Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence Collaborate with a team that values mentorship, teamwork, and professional development Learn the practical side of law while building confidence in your courtroom and client-facing skills What We're Looking For Experience in conducting in-depth Legal Research and analyzing complex legal issues Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on clear and direct client communication Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law in Texas Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving environment Someone who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a team-first mindset Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer contribution Continuing legal education support Professional development opportunities Quarterly Bonus Opportunity We are a growing, thriving practice, and are excited to welcome someone who is eager to learn and grow with the firm.
