Job Description

Senior Litigation Attorney About the Firm I am working directly with the leadership of a well-established Dallas-based litigation boutique representing middle-market businesses, insurers, real estate stakeholders, and capital providers. The firm handles complex commercial and insurance-related disputes and offers a collaborative, business-focused environment with direct partner interaction. About the Role The firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its commercial litigation practice. This role is well-suited for an attorney who can independently manage sophisticated matters while mentoring junior attorneys and maintaining direct client contact. This is a full-time, in-office position with meaningful responsibility and a clear path for long-term growth. Responsibilities
  • Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses, including experts
  • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys
  • Maintain client relationships and provide strategic guidance Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Texas law license
  • 8+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • Strong drafting and motion practice skills
  • Experience with insurance coverage disputes preferred
  • Trial, arbitration, mediation, or appellate experience
  • Solid understanding of financial and business-entity issues
  • Ability to manage a demanding docket independently Compensation & Benefits
