Job Description

We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for clients. Compensation:
$170,000 DOE yearly
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Attorney will be expected to manage a full litigation docket with professionalism, initiative, and strategic focus.
Core responsibilities include:
Effectively manage an assigned caseload, ensuring timely progression and strategic oversight Conduct initial and ongoing client consultations, maintaining consistent and clear communication throughout the case lifecycle Draft high-quality legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses Take and defend depositions in accordance with case strategy Attend and conduct hearings, mediations, and other court-related proceedings Perform legal research and draft memoranda to support case preparation and resolution Collaborate with the legal team to develop and execute case strategies that drive results Coordinate with paralegals and support staff to ensure organized, efficient case management Participate actively in docket reviews and firm-wide meetings Contribute to firm-wide development and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation and trial experience preferred Strong organizational and task prioritization Strong analytical and legal writing skills Proven ability to independently manage a heavy litigation docket Actively seeks and implements feedback and works well with a team Good standing with the State Bar of Texas Personal commitment to a balanced and healthy lifestyle Passion for helping injured clients and holding wrongdoers accountable About Company Established, respected Texas personal injury plaintiff firm Team-oriented culture with strong leadership and support Hands-on experience in meaningful, client-focused litigation Competitive pay based on experience PTO, holidays, and firm benefits
