We've partnered with a boutique Plaintiff's Law firm in The Woodlands, Texas , and they're actively hiring for a Litigation Attorney with 6-10 years of experience . This role focuses on Personal Injury & Commercial Litigation , and is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working on complex cases in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle litigation matters from start to finish, including depositions, hearings, and trial assistance. Work on personal injury, commercial, and insurance defense cases for both individual and corporate clients. Assist in trying lawsuits and gain valuable trial experience. Occasional out-of-state travel.

Qualifications:

Admitted to practice in the State of Texas. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Experience in depositions and second-chair trials is preferred. Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team. Good computer skills and familiarity with legal software are beneficial.

Requirements :

Writing samples (such as research memos and motions) must be submitted with your resume.

Salary:

$135,000 per year
