Senior Litigation Attorney

Senior Trial Attorney - Catastrophic Personal Injury & Trucking Litigation We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join a high-performing litigation team handling catastrophic personal injury matters, including a portion of trucking and transportation-related cases. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who thrives in high-stakes environments and is comfortable taking cases from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial Handle complex catastrophic injury cases involving significant damages Manage and litigate trucking and commercial vehicle matters Work closely with experts, investigators, and clients Serve as first or second chair at trial, depending on experience

Qualifications:

7+ years of litigation experience, with significant trial exposure Proven experience handling catastrophic personal injury cases Trucking or transportation litigation experience is a plus Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom skills Ability to manage a caseload independently
