Commercial Regulatory Counsel, FCC / Telecom

BCM One is looking for a Commercial Regulatory Counsel to provide practical, business-enabling legal guidance in a highly regulated and fast-moving telecom environment. In this role, you'll be the go-to advisor on FCC and telecom regulatory compliance, while also supporting commercial contracting with a strong regulatory lens. You'll partner closely with Executives and cross-functional leaders to keep our operations compliant, reduce risk, and help the business scale confidently. Work Locations:

This is a hybrid or remote-optional position. Preference will be given to candidates based in Herndon, VA, Blue Bell, PA or Alpharetta, GA. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours:

Typically Eastern business hours with flexibility for support in multiple domestic and international time zones.

Travel:
