The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in various family law matters, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in legal administrative tasks, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Duties Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents related to family law cases, including pleadings, discovery, orders, and agreements. Maintain and organize case files. Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and communicating with clients. Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information. Experience Previous experience as a family law paralegal is ideal; however, experience as a paralegal in civil litigation or in a legal administrative role will be considered. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
