Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients navigating complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, visitation, and support issues. Your proactive approach and strong negotiation skills will help clients achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for advocacy, exceptional research abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of family law procedures to support our mission of delivering compassionate and effective legal services. Duties Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and adoption proceedings Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and court filings with precision and clarity Conduct thorough legal research using tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to stay current on family law statutes and case law Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions to achieve mutually agreeable solutions for clients Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials with confident litigation skills Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases involving estate planning, immigration law, or tribal law when applicable Maintain detailed case files and ensure all legal administrative processes are followed efficiently Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience practicing family law with a strong track record of successful case outcomes Knowledge of related legal areas such as estate planning, environmental law, landlord-tenant law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, and tribal regulations is a plus Exceptional research skills utilizing Westlaw or LexisNexis for comprehensive legal analysis Excellent writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence Strong negotiation abilities to facilitate settlements and client advocacy Legal administrative experience including managing case files and court documentation efficiently Join us to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing expert legal guidance in family law. Pay:
$220,000.00 - $2,500,000.00 per year
