Significant commercial litigation experience with the ability to run cases end-to-end Partial portable book of business (target around ~$200K) Experience supervising associates and managing complex case strategy Strong writing and argument skills (motions practice, discovery disputes, dispositive briefing) Courtroom or arbitration experience strongly preferred Licensed in VA and/or MD; DC is a plus A bit about us:
