Job Description
Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, a Northern Virginia commercial real estate law firm, seeks a talented Litigation Associate for its Litigation Practice Group based in its office in Prince William County, Virginia. The Litigation Practice Group handles novel and complex real estate litigation, title litigation, trust and estates litigation, eminent domain litigation, and business disputes. Experience in these types of matters is preferred. Experience with real estate transactions and land use matters, and familiarity with Northern Virginia courts, are also considered beneficial. Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh offers excellent benefits including a competitive salary and bonus structure; paid time off and holiday pay; medical, dental, group life, and long- and short-term disability insurance plans; and a 401(k) savings and profit-sharing plan. Base salary is commensurate with experience and can range from $125,000 to $180,000. Mid-year and Year-End Bonuses are performance based.
