Litigation Associate Attorney About the Firm Russell & Hill, PLLC is a plaintiff's personal injury firm representing injured people across Washington. We take pride in aggressive, well-prepared advocacy and in treating clients like people, not file numbers. We're growing, and we're looking for a litigation associate ready to carry their own caseload and try cases. The Role We're hiring a litigation associate to handle personal injury matters from suit through resolution. You'll own cases, appear in court, take and defend depositions, and work directly with clients and senior attorneys. This is a hands-on litigation role with real responsibility. Responsibilities Manage a docket of personal injury cases in active litigation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs Take and defend depositions Conduct hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations Develop case strategy and prepare cases for trial Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and the courts Arbitrate cases Second-chair and, as you develop, first-chair trials Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Washington State Bar license in good standing 0-5 years litigation experience Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines Client-focused, organized, and collaborative What We Offer Full time position with total compensation ranging from $100,000-$250,000, depending on performance and bonus earnings. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
