As a Leave Partner, your will be responsible for overseeing and administering all employee leave programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws while delivering a consistent, compliant, and employee-centered leave experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert for leave of absence programs and partners closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and leaders to support employees through complex leave situations. Critical for success will be the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service. The salary range is $75,000 - $105,000 annually. This information reflects the expected base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Why Michels? Must present a professional, positive image at all times Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state and local leave laws High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
Certification (Desired) Experience in a multi-state or complex leave environment. (Desired)
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
