Job Description
Handle cases throughout the litigation process with supervision
Meet with clients to discuss legal issues and devise litigation strategies
Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading depositions, reviewing evidence and speaking with clients
Draft motions and other legal papers
Conduct discovery and take depositions
Attend hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions and papers
Conduct hearings and trials as required
Assist clients with executing settlement agreements
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in civil litigation
Experience with motion practice essential
