Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will handle a diverse array of cases, provide comprehensive legal counsel, and support clients through complex legal processes. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service and achieve favorable outcomes for those we serve. Duties Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests with precision and clarity. Prepare for and participate in court depositions, trial preparation, and litigation proceedings to advocate effectively on behalf of clients. Manage multiple cases efficiently using legal case management systems while maintaining meticulous records of all case activities. Communicate proactively with clients to update them on case progress, gather necessary information, and provide clear legal advice. Assist in statutory legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across different jurisdictions. Support attorneys in employment law cases, personal injury claims, and general & commercial litigation by providing research, drafting assistance, and procedural guidance. Skills Proven experience in estate planning, family law, employment law, personal injury law, and general litigation. Strong knowledge of procedural law and legal advocacy techniques. Excellent research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms. Skilled in contract drafting, legal writing, motion preparation, and trial support. Effective negotiation skills to facilitate favorable settlements or agreements. Exceptional client communication abilities with a professional demeanor. Familiarity with court depositions, trial procedures, and legal case management systems. Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
