Job Description
Senior In-House Counsel - Litigation and Regulatory Position Summary We are looking for an experienced attorney to help lead and oversee our litigation strategy and portfolio. Epic operates at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and an evolving global regulatory landscape. The matters you lead will be complex, consequential, and often novel, with implications for our business, our customers, and the broader healthcare industry. You will have significant ownership early on. You'll work directly with Epic executives and business leaders to set litigation strategy, advise on some of our most important matters, and help the company navigate risk. You'll manage a diverse litigation portfolio and partner with leading outside counsel while remaining closely involved in the substance and strategy of our matters. More than just important work . Requirements JD with regulatory, antitrust, or privacy litigation experience Significant and demonstrable experience litigating large, complex cases with large discovery needs High degree of ownership and willingness to get your hands dirty on day-to-day matters as well as big-picture strategy Creative thinking and the ability to not just identify issues, but to propose and execute achievable solutions Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
