This is a chance to build real roots in a community, work alongside a genuinely collaborative team, and grow your career with a firm that invests in your craft What You'll Do Guide clients through family law matters with clarity, compassion, and strategic thinking Investigate the facts of each case — financial records, expert evaluations, prior filings — and build strong, well-researched positions Apply relevant case law and court precedent to strengthen client outcomes Pursue efficient, cost-effective resolutions for clients, reserving litigation for when it's truly the best path Draft pleadings, exhibits, financial disclosures, support calculations, and prenuptial agreements Represent clients in court with confidence and skill Mentor junior attorneys and delegate effectively to your support team
