Full-Time At Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm, our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and personable Full-Time Phones and Front Desk Coordinator to create a welcoming experience for every client while keeping our office running efficiently. This position involves answering a high volume of phone calls, supporting our clients, attorneys, and staff; maintaining an organized workplace; and ensuring the office is always ready to serve our clients. What You'll Do Client Service & Reception Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally and compassionately. Welcome clients, staff, and vendors with exceptional customer service. Maintain a positive, professional first impression for everyone who enters or contacts the firm. Office Administration Scan, copy, file, and prepare legal and administrative documents as needed. Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative support as needed. Office Coordination Keep the reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and common areas clean, organized, and presentable. Perform light office cleaning and organization throughout the week. Monitor office and cleaning supplies, reporting supply needs. Coordinate and report building maintenance, facility repairs, and technology issues. Assist with office projects and day-to-day operational needs. Is highly organized and thrives in a very fast-paced environment. Can effectively multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities. Is dependable, adaptable, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. Communicates professionally with clients and coworkers. Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or customer service experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
