Job Summary A legal team in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal support professional who understands litigation procedures, enjoys managing deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced legal services environment. The Litigation Assistant will provide essential administrative and legal support to attorneys throughout the litigation process, including document preparation, discovery support, court filings, calendar management, and trial preparation. - Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain pleadings, correspondence, discovery materials, legal documents, and case files.
- Coordinate attorney calendars, court dates, deadlines, meetings, and case-related activities.
- File documents with courts and applicable agencies while ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, case materials, document organization, and attorney support.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other legal professionals. Compensation and Benefits
