Conduct thorough legal research using various sources to support case preparation and strategy. Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, correspondence, and reports with clarity and attention to detail. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, document creation, scheduling, and communication. Assist attorneys with procedural law requirements by preparing court filings and tracking deadlines in compliance with court procedures. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining data entry accuracy in case management systems. Support courtroom procedures by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating schedules for hearings or meetings. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal inquiries and assisting external clients or stakeholders as needed. Perform clerical tasks such as filing physical documents, managing court records, and maintaining organized filing systems. Contribute to team efforts by supporting administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing payments or cash handling when required. Qualifications Proven experience in legal administrative roles or as a paralegal with strong familiarity in litigation processes. Demonstrated research skills with the ability to analyze legal information efficiently. Knowledge of procedural law, court procedures, and legal terminology essential for case management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word processing, data entry, and document formatting. Prior experience with legal case management software or document management systems preferred. #
