Legal Services Specialist Fast Growing Locally Owned and Operated Courier & Legal Services Company seeking full time Court Filing Document Reviewer and Customer Service Representative. We offer premium service and have very little turnover and are seeking a positive, hard-working employee. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, organized, reliable, office savvy professional for a full-time position, for a small, but fast-paced Courier & Legal Service company in the Walnut Creek area. The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience working for a courier or legal services company or attorney group. Experience preparing court documents for filings, efilings, process services, recordings, depositions, court research and other legal document preparation work. Familiar with processes including order entry, dispatch, billing, customer service, answering phones, answering emails, tracking drivers, contacting drivers, contacting pick up locations and delivery locations. Resides within a 30 minute commute from Walnut Creek or someone who is willing to relocate to the area. Has an outgoing personality with the ability to relate well with all types of people. Able to multitask and remain focused in high pressure situations Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hard-working and reliable Excellent phone etiquette skills Willing and able to learn quickly Team player with a positive attitude Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Creative, resourceful and decisive with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues and problems.
