This resource will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition to iManage, driving user adoption, minimizing disruption, and helping legal and IT teams successfully incorporate the platform into their day-to-day workflows. This is a full-time contract opportunity anticipated to last approximately four to six months, spanning pre-launch preparation through post-go-live stabilization. This role is on-site at the client's corporate headquarters in Arlington, Texas during the initial launch, with the potential for remote support or travel during subsequent regional and divisional rollouts. Estimated hourly pay rate is in the $80s to $100s, depending on experience.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience supporting iManage implementations, rollouts, or enterprise adoption initiatives within a legal environment. Strong understanding of iManage workflows and the day-to-day needs of legal professionals using document management technology. Experience with legal technology adoption, change management, training, and user enablement. Ability to bridge the gap between technical software deployment and practical end-user workflows. Experience conducting hands-on training sessions, facilitating user adoption, and providing direct troubleshooting support. Ability to develop, refine, or customize training materials and standard operating procedures based on internal legal workflows. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with legal, IT, and other stakeholders. Comfortable serving as a highly accessible point of contact for end-user questions, feedback, and workflow support throughout an implementation. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-moving implementation environment. Ability to work on-site in Arlington, Texas during the initial rollout, with flexibility for potential travel or remote support during subsequent phases. Available to support a four to six month contract engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support pre-launch preparation and rollout execution for the organization's upcoming iManage implementation. Conduct training sessions to help legal personnel become comfortable and productive within the new platform. Establish and facilitate dedicated office hours where users can receive real-time assistance with workflows, questions, and troubleshooting. Serve as the primary resource for user inquiries and feedback throughout the transition. Assist users in translating existing document management practices into effective iManage workflows. Partner with legal and IT stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and address areas of user confusion or friction. Assist in refining training materials and developing standard operating procedures tailored to the organization's legal workflows.
