This position is located in Miramar, FL.Intern - LegalSummaryThe Legal Intern provides support to the legal team by assisting with contract review, legal research, and administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to corporate legal and compliance functions.

ResponsibilitiesAssist with the tracking and prioritization of legal requests from internal and external requestorsAssist with reviewing and organizing contracts and legal documentsAssist with testing legal system automation projectsConduct legal and regulatory researchSupport preparation of summaries, reports, and correspondenceHelp maintain contract and compliance records in internal systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) to ensure audit readinessSupport development and updating of templates (i.e., NDAs, SOWs, solicitation responses)Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for legal and compliance reviewsProvide general administrative supportWhat UDT offers youJoin us and be part of an inclusive, energizing, and collaborative environment.
