This position provides high-level legal and administrative support to attorneys and legal teams across a variety of practice areas. Candidates will be considered for LSS I, II, or III based on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys and practice groups. Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, travel, and client appointments. Coordinate and prepare legal filings in state and federal courts, including electronic filing (e-filing), when applicable. Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic case files and client records. Assist with document production, revisions, redlining, and version control. Prepare expense reports, attorney time entries, billing requests, and client matter documentation. Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, vendors, and internal departments while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Support special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Legal Support Specialist in a law firm or professional legal environment. Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents, and office procedures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience formatting complex legal documents and managing document revisions. Excellent grammar, proofreading, and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Professional judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting attorneys in corporate, litigation, real estate, finance, tax, labor & employment, or other legal practice areas. Experience with document management systems and legal billing software. Knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures. Associate's or Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus. Compensation Candidates will be placed into one of the following Legal Support Specialist levels based on experience and qualifications:
LSS I:

LSS II:
$31.35•37.22 per hour
LSS III:
