In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions through efficient administrative support. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining seamless communication across departments. Responsibilities Provide support to various office personnel in the MPRU. Entering information into various databases. Opening cases, including establishing new debts in CDCS, the FLU collection database. Close expired or fully paid debts. Generate routine reports through Analytics, the FLU reporting database, such as Weekly and Monthly Collection Reports, Statistical Reports, Tickle/Task Reports, and Indirect Payment Reports. Generate routine documents, including, but not limited to: 1. Demand Letters, 2. Letters requesting Financial Statements and Proposed Re-Payment Agreements, 3. Default Letters, 4. Employment Verification Letters, 5. Letters to state Dept. of Labor, 6. Liens, 7. Abstract of Judgment Liens, 8. Releases of Lien, 9. Releases of Judgment Lien, 10. Motions to Enroll and Motions to Substitute Counsel of Record, 11. Petitions to Remit Fine, and 12. Garnishment pleadings, 13. Direct Notice letters for AF 14. Generate Conflict of Interest forms for AUSA Assist and support Collection Agents, Paralegal Specialists, and Supervisory Paralegal Specialist in the collection of debts in criminal cases, including restitution and fines, and civil cases. Assistance and support include but are not limited to: a.) Reconciling payment histories, b.) Posting missing payments, and c.) Posting indirect payments. Assist Collection Agents, Paralegal Specialists, and Supervisory Paralegal Specialist with asset investigations and enforcement in appropriate cases to recover restitution owed to crime victims and agencies by running various reports and assisting with research, such as: 1.
