Jobs › Boston, MA › Legal Support Robert Half Legal Support Boston, MA Apply Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Support specialist to assist attorneys within the Labor & Employment practice. This contract position is well suited to someone who combines strong administrative abilities with the judgment and polish needed to support litigation-related work. The role calls for excellent organization, strong communication, and confidence handling documents, correspondence, and scheduling in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to Labor & Employment attorneys by managing legal documents, correspondence, and administrative priorities.
- Draft, format, and revise letters, routine legal materials, and other written communications with accuracy and care.
- Assemble binders and case-related materials for meetings, filings, hearings, or attorney review.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical records to ensure files remain complete, accessible, and up to date.
- Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and support scheduling needs for attorneys and related legal activities.
- Handle document filing and related recordkeeping tasks while following established legal and administrative procedures.
- Assist with litigation support activities, including preparation and organization of materials needed for active matters. Requirements
- Prior experience in legal support, litigation support, or a legal administrative role.
- Background assisting attorneys with document preparation, correspondence, and file management.
- Familiarity with litigation-related processes and legal documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities carefully and efficiently.
- Clear, detail-oriented communication skills and a dependable approach to attorney support.
- Comfort using technology and digital tools for document handling, scanning, scheduling, and record maintenance.
