15.0pt"> Our Legal Response Team serves as a critical partner to the firm, managing legal requests, court orders, litigation matters, and regulatory inquiries while helping protect the firm, its clients, and its associates. This team works across a variety of legal workstreams and collaborates with business partners, attorneys, courts, and outside counsel to ensure timely, accurate, and risk-conscious responses. As a Legal Administrative Clerk, you'll play a key role in providing administrative support for litigation and regulatory matters, with a primary focus on intake, assessment, triage, assignments and file opening. You'll work independently on a variety of legal matters, helping to mitigate risk through accuracy and efficiency, while collaborating with a highly engaged legal team. What You'll Do Research and gather information from internal systems, attorneys, courts, and external parties. Process, review, and track legal documents, expenses and deadlines, including intake, scanning, and case assignment. Maintain case management records, including opening/closing files and updating legal and regulatory documentation. Support attorneys and paralegals by managing priorities, deadlines, correspondence, invoices, and reports. Create and maintain spreadsheets, templates, and departmental reporting. Handle highly confidential information with sound judgment and appropriate escalation when needed. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance. 3+ years of legal support experience in litigation, regulatory, or related environments. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Experience with legal records management, data entry, legal calendaring, and case triage preferred. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
